Please read this terms and conditions to avoid misunderstandings and disappointments.
Fees are charged according to our fee schedule and are payable at the time of appointment by Credit Card or cash.
Rescheduling and cancellations can be disruptive to our schedule. We therefore ask our clients to keep appointments and reschedule only if unavoidable circumstances arise.
We will be charging a non-attendance fee in the following instances:
If you cancel on the business day before the appointment or later, the full fee for the session is payable.
A business day is any day that is not a Sunday or a public holiday.
A non-attendance note has to reach us on business days -Monday to Saturday – between 9am-5pm. Cancellations outside these hours are not considered.
The non-attendance fee applies irrespective of the reason you cannot attend.
Here is the background why we are strict with our policy:
- Cancellations and rescheduling are very costly to the practice.
- This is because we have set aside the time only for you.
- Due to the nature of counselling we cannot fill appointments slots at short notice. Costs of running a practice still incur.
Please phone to reschedule. Do not email or text, as we often get flooded with emails and texts.
Please note that Medicare or other health fund rebates do not apply.
Your registration is binding.
That means you commit to paying the nominated deposit / fee at the time of booking.
Registration is not confirmed until this payment has reached our account.
If for some reason you cannot attend and need to cancel, you agree to the following:
For cancellations have to be in writing.
For cancellations received more than two weeks before the event, you will receive a refund minus a $75 admin fee.
For cancellations received less than a fortnight before the event we do not give a refund but the registration is transferable.
